Database Inclusion: Registering includes adding your details to our database. Registration fees, whichever applied if any, cover maintaining your information and notifying you of relevant vacancies.
Placement Assurance: We don't guarantee job placement; it depends on your skills and the hiring company reserves the right to accept or reject any candidate.
Legal Responsibility: If selected, you become the sole responsibility of the hiring organization. Our company isn't accountable for legal issues or disputes.
Contact Details Sharing: By registration or sign up with us, you authorize us to share your contact details and resume with organizations for potential job opportunities.
Interview Expenses: Interview expenses, if any, are borne by the Candidates or by the hiring organization. Reliable isn't responsible for any costs involved during the selection process.
Service Charges: It varies according to the services you have opted for.
Late Payment Consequences: In case of failing to pay service charges within the time frame agreed upon for postpaid service, late payment penalties will be applicable as per Reliable norms.
Payment and Legal Actions: In case of postpaid service, candidates must pay service charges as per the T&C agreed upon, failing which there will be possible legal actions due to contract breach.
Future Consideration: Candidates missing arranged interviews may be ineligible for future opportunities.
Applicable Laws: Legal proceedings, if needed, will adhere to Indian laws.
